Today i wanna share something that we must do & don't when we have the presentation. The first thing that we must do in the presentation is know the needs of your audience and match your contents to their needs. Do the research first and know your material. Think through what your will present before beginning the project. And then, when you have the presentation, you must use the normally body language Which means that you need to use your body and your eyes to hold your
audience’s attention. Use your hands to signal when making key points.
Stand up straight, smile, make eye-contact and avoid moving around too
much or the audience will be unfocused.
The third thing that we have to know if we have the presentation is use your voice to catch the audience. It means to keep the audience interested, you need to make sure your voice is
loud enough, so that everyone can hear you, but not so loud that you
start shouting. The fourth is to spend time on the opening and closing. Even if the presentation is quite short it is important to give a nice
clear opening (including a greeting and a brief introduction). At the
end, don’t just say “That’s about it” but try to summaries or finish
with a joke so that the audience doesn’t forget you as soon as you stop
talking.
Beside something that we must do in the presentation, we must pay attention to the something that do not use in your presentation. The example is do not read from notes for any extended
length of time although it is quite acceptable to glance at your notes
infrequently. Speak loudly and clearly. Sound confident. Do not mumble.
If you made an error, correct it, and continue. No need to make excuses
or apologize profusely. Don't race through your presentation and leave your audience, as well as yourself, feeling out of breath, so pause a little bit and allow yourself and your audience a little time to reflect and think.
As a resume i summarizes the points that we should do and don't when we have a presentation. Here is the list :

- Answer the all-important question-words: why? who? where? when? how? and what?.

- Write notes based on keywords.
- Rehearse your presentation several times and modify it as necessary.
- Select the right equipment for the job.
- Use your equipment effectively.
